1. Returns

• Only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• We may ask for photos of the item to assess the issue.

• Once approved, you can return the item to us following our instructions.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method used at purchase.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items only.

• If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Commissioned artworks are non-refundable at any stage unless damaged during shipping.

5. Shipping for Returns 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid further damage.
